They sold to me an engine issue car!

They sold to me an engine issue car!! Stay away from them!!! A few weeks ago I bought a vehicle from this car dealership. CarFax and title were clean, no crash reports were seen. A few days after I bought it, I started getting the error "Engine temperature is near limit". I brought the car back and they looked at their service and said there was no mistake and gave the car back to me. Then I took the car to the official service because the error kept coming on the screen of my car. The authorized service informed me that there was a serious problem with the engine of the car and that the front of the car was repaired due to an accident in the past. I'm facing a problem that could cost thousands of dollars and eventually still be unresolved. They also refuse to take the car back. I have been dealing with problems with the car since the first day I bought it. I was sleep deprived for days, I was damaged both psychologically, physically and financially.

Yes, Swan Kim worked at a slimy used car dealer ship I might expect some of the behaviors he exhibited during my two month association with him. Seldom, do you meet a person who fits every stereotype one can have of a used car dealer. The only reason I bought from Russell Westbrook Maserati was because of the price. Beginning with my first contact with Brandon, who was subsequently terminated and continuing with Swan for the next 45 days, I cannot imagine a worse situation when buying a new car especially one costing over $100,000. I your online and live promotional material describes the experience of buying a car from you as one of a trusting, professional, satisfying and rewarding experience. Nothing could be further from the truth When dealing with Swan in particular as well as other representatives. It seem to me that Swan purposely worked against me and my special circumstances, including having to send back the first car, because of dented roof and check engine light on. Following most encounters with Swan, made me feel belittled, disrespected, and wondering what motivated a person in sales to be so misleading and offensive in finding questionable explanations for the many administrative problems I encountered. in the end I could only treat Swan as if he were a pathological individual similar to many of my patients. It was difficult for me to do so but since he had both my money and my car, I had no other options. I am willing to provide concrete examples if anyone is interested. Mark Madsen
